Two Parish Intentions

[Luz_Maria]

Update:

There was a meeting very recently about “a problem that has been going on for a long time” (about which written on the first post and others). Things did not go quite “right”, but the Holy Spirit was working and it is believed that “the end results” are good. Thanks be to God! There is quite a bit of strife. This is not going to be resolved for a looooooooonnnnnnngggggggg time!

There is much trouble still about the parish rental property. To say that it is such a huge mess is a big understatement.

Again, although “This battle is mine, says the Lord.” your continued prayers in this “war” is greatly appreciated.
freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-signs083.gif I ask for your continued prayers for the Lord’s justice for each of the above. I have been at it for a long time already, and do need your prayerful help.
Thank you very much for your prayers. God bless you back a thousand fold! freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-signs101.gif

Prayers continue for your parish
God bless you

Eternal God , in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhastible ,
look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us ,
that in difficult moments we might not despair
nor become despondent , but with great confidence ,
submit ourselves to Your Holy Will ,
which is love and mercy itself . Amen

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

Thank you so much, Teresa. God bless you back a thousand fold.

Prayers to Saint Michael

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle; be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do you, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls. Amen

Glorious Saint Michael, Prince of the Heavenly Hosts, who stand always ready to give assistance to the faithful, who didst fight with the dragon, the old serpent and didst cast him out of Heaven, and now valiantly defend the Church of God that the gates of hell shall not prevail against her, I earnestly entreat thee to assist us also against the painful and dangerous conflict which we have to sustain against the same formidable foe. Be with us, O mighty Prince, that we may courageously fight and wholly vanquish that proud spirit whom thou hast by the Divine Power so gloriously overthrown and whom our powerful King, Jesus Christ, has, in our nature, so completely overcome; so that having triumphed over the enemy of our salvation, we may with thee and the Holy Angels praise God Who has granted the possibility of repentance and forgiveness to fallen man. Amen

Saint Michael, Archangel, most powerful Prince of the armies of the Lord and standard bearer of the Most Holy Trinity, pray for my Pastor and parish, defend the Church and cast Satan into hell.

Saint Michael, Bulwark of believers, and strength of those who fight under the standard of the Cross, pray for us, defend the Church and cast Satan into hell.

Archangels Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, Holy Angels, and Saints, in the Holy Name of Jesus, by the power of the Blood of the Lamb, I ask you to rid my parish of all the turmoil and negativity dwelling within it. Get rid of it all. Cast every evil out to their rightful place. Let His peace reign sovereign in my parish. In Jesus’ Name.

Amen.

Lord, please help us tomorrow with the new people. If the new people trying to do things are genuine, please bless them. However, if they are not bringing to Your people at the parish what You know we need, then Lord please take them away fast. Please give my Pastor, Your Priest, the discernment to see through all the darkness and the strength, Lord, to do what You want him to do. Lord, please give Father the energy he needs.

Amen.

Update:

The first problem continues festering. Things are not going well. People are trying to “fix” things, but the “damage” runs so very deep. . . . Right now the parish is trying to have some sort of Christmas and some “artificial” things are being done.

The second problem continues in the works.

A third problem has now come to light! Oh God, help us, dear Lord!

Please continue praying for His Justice, His healing, and His peace. That the Lord sends His Angels to remove all the stumbling boulders from the parish.

[PRAYER FOR ST. BENEDICT’S PROTECTION]

Holy proclaimer of the Lord; Father and head of the monks, intercede for our holiness, our health of soul, body and mind.

Banishes the wiles of the evil spirit from our life, from our house. Save us from disastrous heresies, gossips and sorcery.

Ask the Lord to remedy our spiritual and corporal needs. Also ask Him for the progress of the Holy Catholic Church; and that my soul does not die in mortal sin, so that with reliance on your powerful intercession, I may someday in heaven, the eternal praises sing. Amen.

Jesus, Mary, and Joseph I love you, save lives, nations and souls.

St. Benedict, please intercede to Our Lord for my Pastor and parish.

Saint Michael, Bulwark of believers, and strength of those who fight under the standard of the Cross, pray for us, defend the Church and cast Satan into hell.

Heavenly Father, my Pastor is Your servant. Please give him discernment, wisdom, strength, and whatsoever he needs to do whatever he needs to do. Send your Angels his way to help him and uphold him with this arduous work he has to do.

Please Father, remove all this heart hardness and conflict among Your children and heal the parish.

[Pray three of each: Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be]
Amen.

The original prayer in Spanish is below. If someone can improve my above translation, I would appreciate it.
