Praying that the Lord may guide all everyone involved to amicable solutions. Also praying for healing and peace.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen

Sorry I have not been around much. However, I have been praying, etc., for your intentions. It is not as if you are out of my mind and prayers.

Have a very blessed 2014! May each of your troubles become its oposing blessing (sickness to health, unemployment to gainful and enjoyable employment) and everything bad wished upon you turn into a blessing!

Update:

Thank you for all your prayers for my parish.

Christmas and New Year were not as good at church as any of the previous years. There is a very thick atmosphere there. The first problem continues festering. There is loads of anger from just about every side. The number has gone down to a total of 200 for Sunday Mass (4 Sunday Masses including the vigil). People are not helping with the Mass ministries and Father many times has to do it all. There is no peace there. It is painful.

The second problem continues in the works. We have not heard from the diocese.

The third problem continues and it appears to have gotten much worse!! It is about a year old, but it is now really bad.

Now as of Jan. 3, there is an additional problem. Yes! A fourth one! I disagree on the way it is being handled, but that is the way it is going to be done. I can see what the Pastor is trying to do and I do accept. It is going to be more work for me, but I am not the Pastor – and I am glad for I would hate to be him. I do not hate him, just simply would not like to be in the situation he is in – and it is none of his doing. I can see where where he is coming from and what he is trying to do. **Please pray that the results the Pastor wants in this situation come to be. **

This whole thing feels really bad. It seems that every time I turn around there is something wrong at that place. Maybe it is even possible that the place will close down. It is His Church and buildings do not constitute Church, but it is so sad to see and feel this. No. I sure don’t think I am being uncharitable. I love the parish.

Please continue praying for His Justice, healing, and peace. That His Angels remove all the stumbling boulders from the parish and that it may rise from the ashes.

Heavenly Father, my Pastor is Your servant. Please give him discernment, wisdom, strength, and whatsoever he needs to do whatever he needs to do. Send your Angels his way to help him and uphold him with this arduous work he has to do.

Please Father, remove all this heart hardness and conflict among Your children and heal the parish.

The first problem continues festering. Things are not going well. People are trying to “fix” things, but the “damage” runs so very deep. . . . Right now the parish is trying to have some sort of Christmas and some “artificial” things are being done.

The second problem continues in the works.

A third problem has now come to light! Oh God, help us, dear Lord!
