Everyone on this thread should bear in mind that in today’s business and political climate all a person in a superior position has to do is say to a female"My, you certainly look lovely today" and it can be construed as sexual harassment…especially if the lady was having a bad day, or worse, if she wanted an easy payday.
I’m sorry, but I have seen too much damage done on innocent people by those having “an agenda”. The result is a certain lack of civility in todays society.

It’s quite standard to have someone sign something stating they will not discuss an out of court settlement over a matter. It does not indicate guilt or innocence of either party.

What I want to know is, what exactly is a “physical gesture” that is NOT sexual in nature, that makes someone “uncomfortable”, in a “sexually harassed” manner??? That makes zero sense to me, and sounds a lot like digging dirt just to dig dirt.
