I’m not too big on polls, but can believe this one! Makes sense.
 
The study confirms my suspicion that today’s very small families have an affect on religious vocations.

It is very hard to leave parents (and grandparents) when you will be the only one (or one of two) involved in their future care.

When one has several brothers and/or sisters, it is much easier to leave home, knowing that at least one of them will take care of elderly parents.
