And where did you mention changing the 14th Amendment that currently makes EVERYONE born here a legal citizen, regardless of his mother’s status? Don’t you think that should be included on your list of grievances?
Thanks BobP123 for reminding me of the 14th Amendnent as a just grievance. I am in favor for the repeal of so much of that Amendent that gives citizenship to children born to illegals in our country. Please, read the following:

"The Fourteenth Amendment: It’s a simple document, a constitutional amendment drafted after the Civil War to assure that newly emancipated black slaves would never be denied
citizenship by the States. The drafters had no idea that years later it would be used to make a mockery of our immigration laws. Alan Wall, an American journalist living in Mexico ates, "An illegal alien can cross the border, have a baby five minutes later, and that baby is automatically declared a citizen of the USA automatically.”

The illegal aliens don’t have to go through any legal doors. They are exempt from that. They are, in fact, rewarded for disobeying U.S. laws by having their children granted automatic citizenship. In addition, the happy family is entitled to welfare benefits. And,
illegal alien parents who have children born in the U.S. are seldom deported. That’s why their children are called “anchor babies” - they anchor their families securely in the USA.

It doesn’t have to be this way. Most European countries have done away with birthright citizenship because they experienced the same abuses we are seeing. The Irish Supreme Court recently ruled that immigrant parents could be deported even if they have an Irish child. “It was becoming common for ‘single pregnant woman’ to come to Ireland from countries outside the 15-nation EU, most frequently from Nigeria, to claim political asylum,” states Shawn Pogatchnik, AP writer. Ireland saw a wave of immigration abuse and promptly put a stop to it. Recently, the Irish voted to end birthright citizenship.
Britain and Australia both changed their citizenship laws in the 1980’s for the same reasons. If you are born in Switzerland you will not automatically become a Swiss citizen. Why should Americans allow our country to be invaded by people who do not
honor allegiance to our laws"? (THE ABUSE OF THE FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT, By Frosty Wooldridge & Stephany Gabbard, RN)

No problem, you just need 2/3 of Congress and 3/4 of the States to agree, and *voila *14th Amendment rescinded. How hard could it be?

Right, no problem, it has been done before and can be done again. The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer, 👍 🙂
It’s the AMERICAN WAY:clapping:

Why don’t people realize the harm they cause by breaking any country’s immigration laws?

Why do illegal aliens ignore laws?
By what mandate do they think they have that right?
Id like an answer with out any racism from anyone .

Answer:
I think they just don’t care . They are only interested in how they can feather their own nests. Their own needs are all that matter to them. The only mandate they have is the mistaken belief that the USA is the answer to all their problems and they simply don’t care.
I can understand wanting a better life but why not respect the nation that you are getting that better life from. Sometime that what we take or steal has less value that what we have worked for .

Greed

Because there is no consequence for their actions. They know that, once across, the US government will aid and abet them. They know that Border Patrol policy does not permit interior enforcement. They know that they can put their kids in our schools and apply for free breakfast and lunch programs and the government will look the other way. They know that they can “drop anchor” here and the Government will make the taxpayers pay for it. They know of all of the benefits of breaking the law but rarely, if ever, feel the consequence.

For any law to be effective the consequence must far outweigh the benefit. With regard to illegal immigration the opposite is true.

When you are economically desperate, you aren’t in the frame of mind to be sensitive about immigration laws especially if doing things the legal way means waiting in line for years.

Most reason that if they work hard and keep their noses clean, they aren’t doing any harm.

And they’re right.

The rub comes when their criminal compadres come here with the full intention of continuing their criminal ways in what they know is a more lucrative environment.

And the other downside is when the unskilled and dis-functionally poor in Mexico come over here to remain uneducated and dis-functionally poor over here.

Even though they are dis-functional, they know they will be better taken care of in the U.S. and that motivates them to attempt to get here.

This opportunistic desperation has no room for the timidity or self-restraint inherent in serious considerations of another country’s immigration laws.
