Elwill, Bosnian_muslim doesn’t seem to want to discuss Christoph Luxenberg’s discoveries about the koran, would you care to comment? (Or any other muslim reading this)

One of the best things at CAF is you can use it as a guide to see what qualities a persons religion holds high.

Just read the last few pages of this thread.

Thank G-d my image of Yeshua (pbwh) is not like so many here who call themselves “Catholic”

You can hide behind the TV and bag religions but here we get to see who you are by the way you treat others.

Bless you all

Steven John, when we are generally speaking about major and important things like God, Jesus, Faith… we can come to a common grounds with everybody.

But once you start going deeper, and deeper you gonna find out that their are so many difference of the kind you can’t accept to be told about God, or Jesus, or the nature of Faith.

Steven their is only 1 truth, 1 God, 1 Jesus.
Yes we can accept the others, and how do they believe, and we fully respect them but we can’t accept that the others teach us the truth or even teach us our own religion!

Accepting the others is something, and Accepting that others teach you your own faith is something else!

It’s like you know information about your parents and about their past, and I come to you and tell you that all what you have been told about your parents is wrong, and I have all the truth. It’s like " Who are you to teach me about my own parents?"
You ain’t gonna believe me without strong proves. Isn’t it?
And if the proves turned out to be weak, are you still gonna believe? Sure No!

Yes we respect the others and let them do whatever they want, they are free! But allowing them to teach us what’s true and what’s not with weak evidence, well here you are crossing the red line.

Hope you wouldn’t consider it as an attack to you, because it’s Not!

Marie,

The controversy regarding the Mosque is only getting more so…and there are reports coming out in the next few days about the true convictions of the imam, with only 13 members, wanting to build a 13 story mosque…and another, of what is truly being taught in mosques in America…they have been infiltrated and 80% are preaching jihad and takeover…that was several years ago…

Our country is suffering very much because our young people in the universities were indoctrinated by the Far Left to have no respect or need for organized religion – any. And they are very complacent, even defending Marxism.

I leave it at Marxism…American style.

To clarify…the mosque at NYC is an issue in itself for another thread…the Holy Spirit is leading me to pull in a bit while giving my support to national leaders…but seeking unity and compassion for Muslims who abhor violence and murder.

AlCrusader, you are my new favorite poster.😃
I appreciate it 😛 but seems like the moderators don’t think like that…
They have just deleted my last topic about the gender of Allah from the point of view Islamic…

they are very Islam deferential for some reason. Someone recently brought up Islam/Terrorism & I made a short list of the past few years & it was deleted. Apparently it implied there was a link between Islam & recent terrorist attacks that simply couldnt be true 😉

i see where you guys are coming from…but Elwill is a Muslim who abhors violence and murder as an act of religion…be patient with him…I have read alot of things on Muslims that horrified me…these are the psychopaths…there are many Muslims who are indoctrinated but know in the heart of their conscience anyone forcing religion as such is not right with God.

Just as we have our powers overriding us as Christians in our culture, so do the Muslims have those, under the label of religion, have all the power to impose and control. I think that is what the moderator is considering, and supporting those Muslims who have the same sense of the sacred as we.

Brother Alcrusader,
I dont see your post as attack but maybe if you were inspired by my last post.

I have not said people need to agree with those they see as lost but was trying to encourage better conversation without making examples of anyone’s posts best i can see we all have intention to glorify G-d.

Being Aussie i am very used to making jokes out of even the darkest of thinks, i guess it how we cope.

People of other countries have real trouble understanding this.

A laugh at the Hoki pokie joke is likely to be at some ones expense.

If i insult some one even unintended they are likely to get a poor image of the religion i profess. Catholics say they understand ignorance and are called to love.

You say “1 Jesus” i dont consider he would make some of the posts we see in parts of this thread.

Bless ya

Kathleen, I agree with you about ElWill, he seems to be a nice man/woman? not sure. It is great that he doesnt condone violence. Unfortunately, there is much more to the ideology than just violence, as AlCrusader pointed out. There are those who believe in the soft approach with the same end goal in mind. Also, I may be a little more insensitive to muslim sensibilities these days. I have been doing an unusual amount of reading on dhimmi’s & the institutional prejudices they have & continue to endure. The more I learn, the harder it is for me to believe some, not all, of the soft touch muslims.

The moderators have been very kind to me,though i have slipped here and not treated you as well as i should they have never questioned me.

I think your moderators are trying to help us people love and encourage goddness, in preference to going over and over what everyone can easy see.

Blessings to you all

Man you are bringing the Devil at you own home… and still you didn’t knew that…
We know about them more than you do know, we use to live in a** Paradise **here until they came…
We tried to be nice with them allowing them to build their worship houses, and years after that they just wanted more and more and more…It’s only because we are Christians… Since them we live in a continuous civil wars because of them…
Watch out my friends in USA, and Europe, and Australia… Don’t fall in the same mistakes as us…
I leave with what Jesus said about them… “They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.” (Matthew 7:15)

I fully agree with what autdrew and Steven John just said…
and about dhimmi thing, which generally the word used to call Christians and Jews…
You gonna read to mush… and find too mush info and laws… but many of the are only applicable on Mars 😛 in otherworld, many of them are useless… not even applicable.

The use of the term them can deny the individual persons in the group labled.

Be careful you dont pull out on stalk of wheat to get at the weeds.

My here is very different to your there.

I have met people who make bad from “good” religions and good form “bad” religions.

It took love being given to the sinner on the cross for him to enter the kingdom, if no one extends the love of Yeshua (pbwh) to the “them” how do we find that one person?

Blessings Brother

I reckon it is always very hard to stay loving and patient to our last breath but Yeshua (pbwh) has told us to do this.
I pray strength be given as G-d wills.

Alcrusader,

I was among those first signing petition regarding the mosque…You missed my points…there is new information coming out on this imam who is pushing the mosque…

I have been reading atrocities since 9/11…so I am seeking dialogue with Muslims who do not believe in murdering the infidel…and also realizing how many Muslims are silenced because they are their families could be killed.

A Muslim man was killed on the East coast a number of years ago because he wanted to become a Christian in America and nothing was done…we have religious freedom…

My issue is that I see such vocal groups who are Muslim never addressing the lack of reciprocity on their part to allow the expansion of Christianity in their regions.

Americans are now demanding what is being taught in various mosques in the country, the intimidation being done by the Muslim Brotherhood throughout practically every single university and college in the country— this is a vast set up and isn’t something that statistically has happened by chance, that our silencing our ‘cream of the crop’ into silence, as well as their constant demands for expansion while Christians are given practically any rights or freedom of religious expressions in their country.

All 3 issues now need to be addressed internationally…no more expansion without recirprocation and mutual respect…otherwise we are slowly seeing our country being taken over…They are giving us 100 years…

It is imperative that American Christians discern who are truthful and humane and universal Muslims and connect with them.

I know my brother that I could look like generalizing and being harsh dealing with others but the one who is been beaten, is not like the one who’s watching

AlCrusader,
In bringing up the dhimmi, I was talking about the historical treatment of Christians & Jews by muslims.Basically less than 2nd class, institutional discrimination, not really even citizens in their own land, liable to be mistreated or killed with no reason or warning. Some place, sometimes, they were treated ok but most places & most times they were not. I am quite sure you are familiar. I see you are in Lebanon. You KNOW what is going on & you are trying to warn us. I appreciate it & that is why I said you are my new favorite poster. Lebanon has a special place in my heart & what has/is happening there is heartbreaking. Your country took in the Palestinians who couldnt allow those dhimmi’s to have dominion over them 😉 (not a slur) and tried to help them and they have since tried to destroy the multicultural, multireligious freedom in your country. They were guests! That is part of the ideology I was speaking of earlier to Kathleen. I see the NYC mosque for what it is as well.

Hope you Start acting before it’s too late.
If you only can imagine the amount of money that been payed over the last 50 years from the petrodollar business by KSA it self to the expansion of Islam you wouldn’t believe that.
Billions and Billions are been payed for building those kind of mosque, and other centers…And to convert more people to Islam… from the same money the terrorist are been refueled with weapons…
-Islam dose not allow you to preach in you religion not even speak about Jesus, even-though they are allowed to preach in our countries with no one telling them what to do.
  • I someone was caught in any Islamic Country speaking about Jesus, or holding the Bible in his hand he would be beheaded in a country like Saudi Arabia, even-though they are allowed to speak about militia leader called Mohammad as a messenger of God.
-Islam kill who ever leaves Islam, and welcome who enter Islam with gifts and money and harim (girls)… (It’s like a Mafia)
-Islam abuse the right of “the others” and try to be always the victim when attacked by others - it’s like Islam is always the good guy-, and when “the others” try to ask for the least of their rights Islam begin to attack them.

Elwill - **I was talking about the Copts in Egypt. **

Do they have the same rights as muslims

Are they respected for being Copts the way muslim-musim respect one another

Are they free to roam happily the streets of Egypt

Are they free to hold office, be a judge, be part of Egypts goverment body.

Are they free from building their Churches

Do you understand what I’m asking.
let us say that my answers about this issue will change nothing , and that you will not trust me

briefly , i personally sure that majority of copts lives peacefully with muslims in egypt , the hatred and the violence sometimes rise in some village between muslims and christians , but the root cause of such cases wasn’t ever the faith itself , and such fitnah wasn’t ever encouraged by muslims nor christians nor the government
You turn my inquiry elsewhere. I stated there are over 70 million muslims in Egypt. Are you telling me all of 70 million muslim are not following the sunna of mohamad.
you judged 70 millions in egypt as not following the sunnah of mohammed (pbuh) , how many egyption muslims you knew ever in your life ?

Jakazaki , tell me are you care to know the essence and the real teaching of islam regardless of those muslims who commit acts against it’s teaching or are you feel comfortable to judge on relegion by picking up the bad behaviours of some muslims ?

jakazaki , you have to know that i’m here to defend my relegion not to defend bad behaviours of muslims , so i’m in your side if you condemns muslims who don’t follow the teaching of mohammed (pbuh) , but not in your side when you say that this is islam while in the fact it isn’t
