Only Jesus Christ makes us acceptable to the Father.

What about the Tree of Life, the only allowable fruit named in the Garden of Eden? People over look that Tree.

It is the forthcoming Church, the carnate built by human hands from the wood of the Cross, but the saving and redeeming power of the Church solely comes from Jesus Christ, through the sacraments and in particular, the Eucharist, the Fruit of the Vine.
I will give to eat of the tree of life, signifies appropriation of the good of love and charity from the Lord. “To eat” in the Word signifies to appropriate; and “the tree of life” signifies the Lord as to the good of love; therefore by “eating of the tree of life” is signified the appropriation of the good of love from the Lord. “To eat” signifies to appropriate, because as natural food when it is eaten is appropriated to the life of man’s body, so spiritual food when it is received is appropriated to the life of his soul.

The tree of life" signifies the Lord as to the good of love, because nothing else is signified by the tree of life in the garden of Eden; also because man has celestial and spiritual life from the good of love and charity which is received from the Lord. “Tree” is mentioned in many places, and by it is meant the man of the church, and in the universal sense the church itself, and by its “fruit” the good of life; the reason is, that the Lord is “the tree of life,” from whom comes all good with the man of the church, and in the church; but of this in its own place.

All good and truth is from the Lord , and none from ourselves.

Correct.

Likewise, it wouldn’t make any sense for us (Catholics) to agree to intercommune with Anglicans unless we first work out our differences with them.
Did our Lord Jesus work out his differences with Judas before he offered everyone his body and blood?

Luke 22

19 And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, ‘This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.’
20 In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.a] 21 But the hand of him who is going to betray me is with mine on the table. 22 The Son of Man will go as it has been decreed. But woe to that man who betrays him!’ 23 They began to question among themselves which of them it might be who would do this

Judas was there, it seems more important that Jesus offered, and it dosen’t say that Judas did not eat or drink.

The Catholics and Protestants do not know that there is a spiritual sense of the Holy Word of God.They say the Word is Holy because God spoke it, The spiritual sense of the Word, is the same as heavenly secrets. The secrets cannot be given to anyone until they approach the Lord only, as the God of heaven and earth, and live according to the Ten Commandments.

The Son of Man coming in the clouds with power and glory. The Son of Man means the Lord as to the Word. Coming in the clouds signifies the literal sense of the Holy Word. In power and in glory, signfifes, the spiritual sense of the Holy Word. The white horse in revelation signifies the spiritual sense of the Holy World.as to truth. Horse in the Word signifis the understanding of truth. The word Christ signifies truth. Christ the King, signifies, King of truth. Just like a king leads his people, so to the Lord leads us in truth. It is He who rode the white horse in revelation.

A dead horse signifis the lack of understanding. A whore signifies a church with falseication of the Word…

Harry…‘good’ and ‘love’ are expressions of subjective relativism.

You may have your personal interpretations, but they do not carry over into the reality of ‘Church’…a sacred body of people with authority given it by Christ and held accountable to its practices and its mission to be Church by Christ. In Church, we share the same beliefs and practices, that have been deeply investigated and pondered over by a gathering of people for two thousand years.

Furthermore, you have to go back to the original form of the Apostles in how they taught and how they implemented Christ’s words…

Considering the ancient Jewish custom of breaking of the bread at family meal, the whole foundation of the new form of worship was now the Banquet of the Lord.

Sacraments are concrete realities…objective realities…that contain the Mystery of Christ and His grace, present to us. There is no what if or I wonder or may be or it seems like…when we approach the Eucharist, we say ‘Amen!’.

Christ is the ONLY Objective Truth. Truth has moral value. And we as humans are sinners and do not have moral value of ourselves. The only good we can claim is the new life of Jesus Christ in us.

If you note, Adam and Eve…were given fruit to eat…to become as gods. It didn’t happen and brought shame and death to them.

The contrary is to eat of the Tree of Life and it is obvious to us it is the Eucharist.
