Unworthy communion please help me

I have been taking the Eucharist for a year while being in a state of mortal sin and I didnt know that it was wrong. What should I do? Will I get excommunicated?

Talk to father. You cannot be in mortal sin accidentally. You must know what it is and consciously engage in it.
