Update: Thank you all for your prayers. They seem to have worked, as always, at least for the moment. His surgery went very well and it appears he is out of the woods, for now. Thank you all and God Bless.

Lord of all mercy, you created man as an indispensable part of Your Divine plan. Look with love upon the father who lies in total dependence upon Your mercy. You alone gave him life and You alone sustain it. May Your heavenly Blessing be poured out upon him, that he may come to believe in our Lord Jesus, and be changed in heart. May the blessed waters of baptism flow over him, cleansing him of the burden of sin. We love You Lord, and we trust only in You. Graciously hear the prayers of the faithful in restoring this beloved father to health. We ask this through Christ, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen.

Update: Turns out the man is still in dire straights. He is on a ventilator and cannot breath on his own. He doesn’t seem to be getting any better and he is still in need of our prayers. Thank you and God bless.

I will pray another Chaplet of Divine Mercy for him this evening plus the “Three Very Beautiful Prayers” from the Pieta prayer book.
 
Update: He had a colonoscopy and most of his intestines removed from an infection but I think he is out of the woods and is going to survive. Please continue to keep him in your prayers. Thank you.

Update: GOOD NEWS!! He is doing much better and has been taken out of intensive care. He is gonna make it. Thank you everyone for your prayers, they helped a lot. Praise God and Thank you Mary! Amen.
 
Steve, even the unjust judge granted justice to the widow, because of her persistence. Imagine how much more the Just Judge gives to us because of our persistence. Praise God in Heaven! I am praying that the man continue to improve, and that the gracious and merciful Lord will reveal the fullnes of truth to him. And blessed are you for endeavoring out of love of this man.

Christ’s peace be always with you.
 
I hope this man will continue on the road to recovery and will keep him in prayer…
