Urgent prayer request

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come
thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

In normal cases I only attend this forum to go through the requests and pray for those who ask. Today however I am here to ask for prayers.
Let me give you a short summary of what has led to my situation right now:
My husband and me have been married little over 3 years now and he has spend 15 months out of those 3 years in Iraq. Ergo we did not have all of the 3 years together.
Nevertheless I turned out to be pregnant 4 times in those years. Twice between our wedding and him deploying, once while he was on R&R and once after he came home for good.
I have had a miscarriage in every single one of those cases and till today nobody can tell me why.
He just came home from a trip to Korea and looking at my body’s signals (and at the fact that I am highly fertile in general) I am certain that in 2 weeks time I will have a positive pregnancy test.
This is the situation right now. Please pray for my husband and me that everything will go well this time if it is God’s will for us.

O Lord, Holy Father, omnipotent and eternal God, I give You thanks and I bless Your holy name. I know I’m a poor miserable sinner but hear a cause that is just, turn your ear to my prayer. Amen

Thank you so much for your prayers. Right now I am overdue on my period, but I haven’t gotten a positive result yet.
The thing is that the next 4 weeks are crucial. If this one goes well I will get through to the 8th week without bleeding. I have never made it that far yet, but I have my hopes up that this child will be born.
I have lost the past 4 pregnancies before the 7th week and bleeding usually started in the 5th week.

Oh Janet I am so sorry to hear about clots and bleeding.
I pray for the Lord if it is His will to grant you a safe healthy pregnancy.

Lord please hear our prayers for Janet.She has suffered so much in trying to conceive a healthy baby to carry to term.Please Lord if it is Your will grant that Janet be able to have a
healthy pregnancy and bring a healthy baby into this world Amen
