Prayer to St. Rita, Helper of the Hopeless

HOLY PATRONESS
Of those in need, St. Rita,
So humble, pure and patient,
Whose pleadings with your Divine Spouse
Are irresistible,
Obtain for me
From your Crucified Jesus
The request I make of you.

(PLEASE INTERCEDE FOR JANET)

Be propitious towards me
For the greater glory of God,
And I promise to honor you
And to sing your praise forever.

O glorious St. Rita,
Who miraculously participated
In the sorrowful Passion
Of Our Lord Jesus Christ,
Obtain for me
The grace to suffer with resignation
The troubles of this life,
And protect me in all my needs.

Dear Janet I am so sorry for your loss of baby Clarissa.My heart goes out to you.Clarissa is safe now in Jesus loving arms.I pray for you and your husband to recover from this loss and one day when you are ready to be blessed to have another child.May God bless you and console you xx

Lord, whose ways are beyond understanding,
listen to the prayers of your faithful people:
that those weighed down by grief
at the loss of this [little] child Clarissa
may we find reassurance in your infinite goodness.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
