We will pray for everybody, Iraq is only a excuse, but terrrorists are the unique responsible, why Paris was terrorized in 1995 with 8 killed in an underground, their excuses are only, this, excuses. The terrorists are barbaric people and we have to fight against them, with all the power. We don´t have to generalise but we have to fight against the islamists and radicals.

Thank you Thank you. Sir Winston Churchill came to mind but I could not remember this quote from him. I wanted to post it and could not find it but I’m glad you did…“WE SHALL NEVER SURRENDER”

Heavenly Father, please bless our brothers and sisters in London who are suffering at this moment. Bless especially the innocent little children who have been victimized by this act of evil. Give strength and comfort to the survivors and be with the families of those whose lives have been taken. May they find comfort and strength in Jesus. Blessed Lady, wipe the tears from the faces of all Londoners with your mantle. Comfort them and bring them to your Son, Our Savior Jesus Christ.

Pray for those in the UK. Don’t forget to pray for those in Iraq. They even do this on their own people. Yes this is about ideology, and who wants an ideology that says its a good thing to directly target innoncet people. You can blame 9/11 and the US responce, but it has been going on for a long, long time. May God give the grace to end it.
 
When terrorist bombed the USS Cole, the embasy in Nigeria, etc., we did nothing - did that stop them! No!

They flew planes into buildings in the US and we finally took action. For “someguy” to know blame Bush and Blair is an outrage.

Fundamentalist/fascists are to blame for what happened today. Evil men with evil intent are to blame. Shall we just crawl into a hole and wait for it to pass - Not a reasonable response!

All it takes for evil to succeed, is for good people to do nothing! (I paraphrase)

I was frightened for my elder brother who is working around central London, it was very scary when I could not get through because of the mobile phones, I had to leave college and go home to console my mother. He is alive and well, thank God, thankyou God!
Everyone in the UK we have been expecting something like this to happen ever since we went to war with Iraq but it is still still shocking. I don’t think people will support the war on Terrorism though, it is a freaking ideology, when will these world leaders get it into their thick skulls? We should never have got involved with the American goverment, we should never have gone to Iraq.
Bush had the nerve to make a speech about the death of innocents, about the taking of human rights? What? What?! He is responsible for death of hundreds of people and flaunts human rights on a frequent basis. I hope he chokes on a freaking pretzel! I hope Tony Blair starts to break away from Bush.
I am so angry!

You’re right. I’m sure Zarqawi and the others in Iraq, would be sitting peacefully in their mosque had Bush and Blair not invaded Iraq. They only want peace for everyone.
 
I just heard that these low lifes also murdered the Egyptian ambassador to Iraq. My dog and most of the other animals I know have more morals and dignity than the scum bag terrorist.

True…Their brand of peace of course is to Murder everyone…then they can sit and pray in their Mosque, well, then again, they would have to continue by murdering the moderate Muslim’s, and all those who are not murderers. :rolleyes:

One of our reporters just said the emergency services have sucked the terror out of the terrorism. That is us all over…resolved and stoical and not easily terrorised!

Yet we will be faced in the coming days by loud voices from the deep condemning the war in Iraq/saying the bombs are the fault of the UK Government etc. I fear I will see it in my own workplace…But somehow I do not see capitulation in this country. Didn’t happen in the last war and it will not happen now. We will stand strong alongside our allies.

Please do pray for the souls of the 37 dead and the 700 injured people

Praying…join our Rosary Thread at the top of this forum. Just got news my family is ok. Phil drove to work today. I continue to pray for all others and for England and the Free world. 😦

Has anybody heard of any Islamic groups condeming this act?
 
What would have happened if the UK had pulled all its troops out of France when the first bombs started falling in London during WWII? What would have happened if the US had pulled its troops from Hawaii when Pearl Harbor was bombed?

That may be true. But how many, and even some of our own policital anti-Bush leaders, will condemn this act, however, end it with a “but…” and say its Bush’s fault…
