US Bishop Change: Cheyenne, Wyoming

This morning the Holy See announced Pope Benedict XVI’s appointment of Bishop-elect Paul D. Etienne as the new Bishop of Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA.

The diocese had been vacant since Bishop David Laurin Ricken was named Bishop of Green Bay, Wisconsin in July 2008.
 
Congratulations to Bishop Elect Etienne and the Diocese of Cheyenne. My prayers are with the new Bishop and the people of the Diocese.
 
Would anyone who knows Father Etienne share with us their views about him?
