US life span decreases for third year in a row

Perhaps I missed something, but I don’t see where he said the first. The other two are alternatives. I will grant that it sometimes seems someone is calling another a “liar” when the person is not actually saying it. We need to be careful in how we put things.

The numbering of the posts on the new website is not so clear but I think its 28. Anyway this was his reply to me:
