Hi all,
I recently purchased a 1962 Roman Missal from Baronius Press. I’m very happy I did, since I had no idea how much extra content it contained. I would highly recommend any Catholic buy this (even if you attend the OF) for this reason. Far better than any OF missal I have had!
Anyway, I just wanted to clarify exactly how to use it (I’m fairly new to the EF).
How do I know which readings/propers are used on days that do not have a Saint’s feast day, and do not fall in Advent or Lent?
For instance, September 4,6,7 are blank on the calendar, and do not fall in Lent or Advent. How do I know which prayers will be used at mass, or which readings I can read on my own if I do not attend mass on those days?
