On September 19, the Vatican City State became a signatory of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, a 2003 anti-corruption treaty signed by 140 nations.
A pointless treaty if ever there was one. All nations are corrupt, some more than others, and therefore cannot be counted on to uphold any treaty they sign.
