So, China, has it’s own Catholic Churches? And they make their own bishops? and Catholics there have to recognize them?? I don’t understand, are they (the government) taking over the CC in China??

The PRC has been doing this forever. The only legal Catholic association in China is the Chinese Patriotic Catholic Association, which is not answerable to the Vatican and is controlled by the communist regime.
 
so are there no catholic churches allowed there? I dont understand how they forced these bishops to attend the ordination? where did they get the bishops from if there are no authentic catholic churches allowed there?

There is an underground Catholic Church in China and occasionally the PRC will work with the Vatican and agree on candidates for episcopal ordination.
