Vatican on the Inquisition

I was reading this article by MSNBC msnbc.msn.com/id/5218373/ that says that the vatican came out with a rather lengthy report on the Inquisition. I would like to get a look at it through an interlybrary loan. Would anyone happen to know the title, ect so I could do so? Thanks and God bless.

I wonder if there’s an English translation? Either that or I’ll get some help from my Italian relatives.
