Hopefully this is going to help stop incidents like the 2009 incident, or at least itwill hep make sure that those who decide to flout Catholic teaching don’t have anything to fall back on.

Hopefully it will also give practicioners a solid guide to fall back on to make sure decisions aren’t tainted by emotion.
