Even Christ himself was tempted to sin. Being fully human, He had a free choice to decide whether to sin, and He chose not to. The Devil would not have bothered tempting Him if he knew it was impossible for Him to give in to the temptations.

The same applies to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

No. Christ, being God Incarnate could not sin. This has already been addressed in the Forum:
