You are talking black and white genetics.
Genetics is NOT black and white.
XX, and XY normally code for female and male respectively.
However, the encoding is not direct, but only for propensity.
Other factors can, and do over-ride the genetic propensity.
This is the origin of gender miss-allocation, which still happens today.
It is entirely feasible that Our Lord was thus an XX male. This does happen.
It clearly happened in his days, for he refers to eunuchs born so, which is in fact what an XX male would be.
It is of further note, that such were not devalued as humans, but were moreover held as examples to follow, by those who could.
