Was Peter truly the first Pope?

Christ founded no bible. He wrote nothing other than sins in the sand. He sent Apostles, teaching them and guiding them by the Holy Spirit. His Church was founded on the twelve, but Peter clearly first. Peter was the first Bishop of Rome, and each and every successor is documented. Very early on, Church disputes were sent to Rome for a final decision. The link is to a fairly long video, but listen to Dr. William Marshner, a Lutheran convert. Some amazing stuff about the early Church - specifically the position that Peter held and how the faithful looked up to him. He relies heavily on early historians, such as Eusebius and others.
