I watched Kingdom of Heaven this weekend…very historically innacurate, not to mention the Christian leaders were portrayed as bloodthirsty while the muslims were wise. Also, I’m not a big fan of the lead character (the guy who played the elf in lord of the rings)…he just isn’t a strong enough actor to take on lead roles.
Horrible movie! The only thing that was good about it might be the costumes. Otherwise bad script, bad acting, bad casting, bad directing, bad story, bad history . . .

Caddyshack is classic comedy! Love that movie.
Yeah, loved that movie too…when I was 19. Now at 44, I bought the DVD 'cheap, $5.95 and I wondered why: "Maybe the DVD is so widely distributed that just ‘everyone’ has it by now, or they just ‘want to get rid of them’.

I popped it in the player and just sat there wondering, ‘Why did I ever like THIS movie anyway?’ When it originally came out, my younger brother saw it 25 times and quoted almost line for line the Entire Movie.

Looking at it from ‘wiser eyes’, Caddyshack is pretty bad. Maybe I’ll give the DVD to my brother…

The worst movie I have ever seen in my entire life was Seven with Brad Pitt. It thoroughly disgusted, sickened and repulsed me.

Another movie that I actually walked out of was the one with Gweneth Paltrow, Owen (or Luke) Wilson, Ben Stiller and one of those old famous white guys that are in every other movie that all the critics were raving about. Blech it was bad…

I remember, it’s called the Royal Tennenbaums

Yea, I recently saw it as well as Animal House. Old-school comedy was A LOT more vulgar. And with a lot more nudity. I was definitely turned off by these movies.

One movie I actually did like was Seven. I thought it was ingenious and creative. Kind of reminded me of the Count of Monte Cristo (the book, not the movie).

I so agree!! I saw that movie with my husband and his buddy. I was scared to death, and so wanted to walk out, but it meant I would have had to sit in the lobby by myself, and I was so spooked I was too scared to do that. So I was stuck. I spent most of the movie with my head against my husband.

Unfortunately, that movie has totally ruined me for pschological thrillers which I used to enjoy. Now, I get spooked. My husband sees most movies with his buddy, and that movie is the yardstick by which we measure other movies and if I want to see them or not.

All my husband has to say is “sloth” and he can almost send me into tears and trembling.
