Absolve, we beseech Thee, O Lord,
the soul of Thy servant Wayne,
from every bond of sin,
that being raised in the glory of the resurrection,
he may be refreshed among the Saints and Elect.
Through Christ our Lord.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning is now ever shall be world without end
Amen.

Lord, purify and embrace Wayne into the eternal garden of joy. Comfort with angelic ministry those who suffer from this trial. Lead them all toward the eternal banquet, that all might be united in love for all eternity. Have mercy, Lord, and grant graces for those in need of wisdom, understanding and joy. Our Lady, pray with us. Amen.

My sympathy for your loss.

Eternal rest grant unto Wayne, O Lord ! May he rest in peace. Amen

Oh, Reg, I am so sorry. I did not even see the thread about Wayne. My prayers for him and your family.

O God, the Creator and Redeemer of all the faithful, grant to the soul of Thy departed servant Wayne the full remission of all his sins, that through our pious supplications he may obtain that pardon which he has always desired, Thou Who livest and reignest world without end. Amen.

V. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord.
R. And let perpetual light shine upon him.
V. May the Divine Assistance remain always with us.
R. And may the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

Amen.

Memorare
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother. To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O lord and let Your perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Eternal God , in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhastible ,
look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us ,
that in difficult moments we might not despair
nor become despondent , but with great confidence ,
submit ourselves to Your Holy Will ,
which is love and mercy itself . Amen
