P.S., I Love You by Cecelia Ahern.

Cultural Literacy by E.D. Hirsch

Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky
(my husband, the russophile, has only been asking me to read this for 5 years or so…)

Friends,
You guys read some deep stuff. I am a mommy of a 2year old so sometimes it is hard to find time to read!!! I love to read though. I want to read catholic books about the faith etc but I also like to read mysteries. How do you “muli-readers” balance how often you read what book? 🤷
Right now I am reading Silent Grave ( a historical mystery) but I just bought some books on St. Faustina. I have checked out Silent Grave about 3 times and am only 100 or so pages in.
help:confused:

Have you ever read G.K. Chesterton’s Father Brown mysteries? I’ve not read them myself, but I really do like Chesterton’s other stuff. I think that might be what you’re looking for.
