I too have read that. That is a good read. I liked their fairy tales better than Hans Anderson.
God Bless.

Greetings to those reading and or posting this thread,“THE DEMONOLOGIST” The Extraordinary Career of Ed & Lorraine Warren
by Gerald Daniel Brittle
awesome book…every Catholic should read this one…will challenge your perspective and your notions of life, death, and where our place is. Demoniacal phenomena, diabolical possesion, and occult museum… some new words to add to my vocabulary. It went out of print for a while and no one could touch it for less than $150.00 but it’s availble again. I picked up a copy for $17.95. Its worth every penny…Godspeed…LukeSr
Please share your thoughts on Killing Lincoln afterwards. I’ve been trying to decide about that one.Finishing up Winter’s Bone by Daniel Woodrall.
Up next Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy and Killing Lincoln
Greetings LukeSr,@Anathama Sit
Thank you for the heads up on “The Demonologist”…do you recall where in the book the point regarding reincarnation occurs? Thanks…LukeSr
Hello LukeSr, are you reading this book again or is it the type of book that you have to put down because there is so much to absorb? or is it a scary?“THE DEMONOLOGIST” The Extraordinary Career of Ed & Lorraine Warren

So sorry to hear that…my jaw is swollen from an awful toothache…so I think I know how your feeling…take your time until you feel better which I hope is soon…LukeSrGreetings LukeSr,
I have been wretchedly sick the last two days and this is going on the third day. I have not forgotten you. When I get caught up I will look for that quote. I found the book, it was on my desk buried.
God Bless.

well, I lead a Substance Addictions Ministry and I’ve been studying Demonology for the past couple years looking for any possible relationship between the two but I’m reading it a second time because there is so much, as you say, to absorb. One of the facinating things is the distiction the Warrens make between spirit / ghosts and inhuman demonic spirits. The latter seem to lend itself to the fallen angels the bible speaks of. You may find yourself sorting it through what our Catechism teaches. Our fellow member Anathama Sit is bookmarking a spot for me about re-incarnation which is not something we believe.Hello LukeSr, are you reading this book again or is it the type of book that you have to put down because there is so much to absorb? or is it a scary?
Anyways, I have a few pages to read of “Looking for China: Reflections on a Silk Road” by: Judy Schultz.
God bless,

In any case, it’s a facinating read and in my opinion based on my own personal experiences and encounters, it’s worth the time and I found myself relating to some of their experiences. As for the scary thing…I keep a container of Holy Water next to my bed…just in case !!
Godspeed…LukeSr
