Get a modern latin mass book. One published more recently. By that I mean one that allows you to follow whats being said. They have english on one side of the page and latin on the other, for example. The latin mass today, regardless what people think, is not the same as the pre VatII mass. And as has been stated there are low masses and high masses and low mass with variations like latin chanting etc.
Some will even explain whats going on. Next time you attend, ask the celebrant after the mass, for recommendations of a booklet to follow the mass. You might find they have them to give out.
