For this is required that: 1. he have the intention of declaring something unchangeably true; and 2. he speak as shepherd and teacher of all the faithful with the full weight of his apostolic authority, and not merely as a private theologian or even merely for the people of Rome or some particular segment of the Church of God.
The source of the infallibility is the supernatural assistance of the Holy Spirit, who protects the supreme teacher of the Church from error and therefore from misleading the people of God.

The “Church” here meaning the RCC Magesterium has not to my knowledge made a clear and binding ruling on this issue. So at this point at least everyone is ONLY sharing their OWN opinion; which they ALL are permitted to do. …WITHOUT such a foundation opinions are just and and ONLY personal opinions.

The RCC is some 2,000 years old with One BILLION plus world wide members.
OT Judaism has some 613 COMMANDMENTS
The Bible has HOW MANY pages with How MANY teachings per page?
Catholicism is NOT all that complex: it boils down to “Doing what the Catholic Magisterium” teaches and commands… THAT takes humility and FAITH:thumbsup:
AND THAT IS PRECISELY WHY AND HOW the RCC after 2,000 years still has JUST ONE set of Faith beliefs
