What would it take to convince you?
About what happens to the bodies of the damned? I’m already pretty convinced that they often get buried and decompose. I have asked that by body be cremated, so I’m pretty sure it will be dust soon after I die and will be spread around at some pretty place of my loved one’s choosing.

Actually, that is more than likely exactly what will happen to our corporreal bodies! How our incorporeal bodies affect us remains to be seen.

God bless,

Hello JDaniel,

I need your help interpreting bible believing catholics here.

For instance, the question the OP asked never got a real answer did it?

Hi StrawberryJam, I think it would be correct to say that one can only answer the OP’s question once one understands where he/she is coming from. I.e. true Christian, agnostic, baby Christian etc. Until such time those of us who are weaned from ‘milk’ as Paul says in the scriptures and who are now on ‘meat, solid food’ are talking past each other.

Biblical answers were given, but once again scripture also says that even if the dead were to appear to unbelievers they would not believe because they have Moses and the prophets (scripture) and paid no heed to them.

“Special Knowledge claim” noted.

I think he means where the previous poster distinguished between “milk” and “solid food.” It sounds, a priori, like the distinction between basic and higher knowledge.

God Bless and ICXC NIKA.
