actually until i have the defenitve proof , i wont recommend , because that is to claim a fact

upon until now i only have a lot evidence , i dont want to misguide people nor do i want to promte any church or create my own.

but just want to find the thurth until i do i wont promote any church

but i recomend the children of god to stat way from prosperity gospel churches and to enjoy life.
i say:

spending time with the lord not sleeping around thats enjoying life .

speding time learning about the lord not a getting drunk in bar , thats life.

dont go to a place that makes you feel good , go to a place that teaches you how to be closer to go.

dont live another life , dont be a liar dont claim with your lips that you love the lord , when in your heart they reject him.

if one goes to place and feels important and you become proud get out or do something for vain glory is the killer of christians.

if you feel your being used by the lord but you see your elders pastor or others as spritialy inferior

then there are problems and some one has to correct you.

so yeah those are my recomendations, i dont decipline people on what church to go or not to go but how to avoid these problems

If you were baptised Catholic, you are canonically Catholic.

But if you are now a non-Catholic, non-Orthodox Christian, then you’re Protestant.

well i guess so i dont know acoring to you and and thom

By definition, if you’re a Christian but neither Catholic nor Orthodox, you are a protestant.
Simply not true. Anglicans are not, by definition, Protestant. They were not part of the formal protest at Speyer.
Is this the “standard” for being protestant?
That’s where the term comes from. Even in the broadest sense, it refers loosely to those traditions who have their roots in the various movements collectively known as the Reformation in Central Europe. The Anglicans were obviously not part of the Holy Roman Empire.
There are some groups who do not claim to be Protestant at all. Some Anabaptists reject the term.

Most Catholics have things they may not agree with if they knew more about their beliefs. Dr, Scott Hahn said there were something like 19 things he didn’t think the Catholic Church had right. So he studied the issues one by one and found the Catholic Church had 18 of the issues right. The 19th he wasn’t sure but said 18 out of19 was good enough and he converted to the Catholic Church. In the end to be Catholic you have to accept that the church knows more than any of us!

i know what iam in my opinion but i really wanted to see the opinions of others

so yeah you are rigth

I’m not sure what you are, but that leans more on the trivia scale than something practical.

i guess another anaysis will be , the earlier it is the more relibale it its (with exceptions of course)

example if the bible says somethig , and the early second century fathers confrim that . that is very reliable

if however the bible says something , the apostolic church fathers are vague on it, the third century members are less vague, and the 4th century fathers confirm it

then there are 2 explinations
  1. in the past they all agreed therefore it did not have to be discussed
  2. the concept evolved over time
so there for its less reliable

and of course the 9 steps of a primary source

You are where I was…my ordeal lasted a few years. Didn’t really step foot into any Church during that time because I wanted to remain true to myself.

Keep praying and searching.

Dominus vobiscum.

Rejection of the papacy in what regard

I do believe the bishop of.rome is not superior.

The church had it’s long history of corruption do to materialism or political gain
Today it’s political correctness that seems to be new problem in the church

You were Catholic – you know when we say AMEN at the reception of the Eucharist we are affirming we believe all the Church teaches. I couldn’t affirm that anywhere…Protestant or Catholic.

I wasn’t sure what I was – I just knew I was a believer in Christ. Didn’t feel right going to any Church till I discovered where I was meant to be,

Are Papal issues your biggest problem?

If so, and you can deal with other stuff like kissing pictures of Saints, you may be Orthodox. I was torn between the RCC and EO.

Kissing statues Is a big nnoo
And yeah it’s a papal authority.

But like i said my main problem is historical revionisim
