Yes God does dwell everywhere, including in the hearts of those Christians who are not Catholic, as is the teaching of the Catholic Church.Hello, Glad to hear from you. I feel the Holy Spirit lives in our heartâs and his church is everywhere.I do understand what you are talking about, and I see your point. You feel there is only one church and itâs Catholic, and I feel itâs one Holy Siprit and Universal, like the bible. The bible is a" Universal Book"with a message for the whole world, but it will only help you when you apply itâs teaching to your life. It is much like medicine. It may look nice on the shelf, but it will not heal until you take it for yourself.Take the advice of the psalmist,âWherewithal shall the Word of God(Bible) will cleanse you from sin when applied to your heart and life. In John:15:3 Jesus also had something to say about being clean.â Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you" The big picture is God is everywhere, and dwellâs amongst his people.Yes you and me,weare all his children.we should be gathering those who have no belief to God,but not our brotherâs and sisterâs in Christ.
And we should actively gather those who have never heard of Christ, but that does not mean we should stop correcting our brothers and sisters in Christ also. We would not have much of our New Testament if Paul had decided he didnât need to correct those who already knew Christ.
Yes, we are living in the last days, but I am not sure I define that the same way as you. I am defining as Paul did, telling us we are living in the last days. So far, it has lasted 2000 years or so.Now do you think we are living in the last dayâs.and what can we do as people in Christ to prepare others for the coming flood? love of Christ Nancy Luke:17:27,rEV:19:20
As for what we can do, we need to live our faith. That simple. Do whatever God has called us to do. If I am called to be a mother, I need to raise Godly Children. If I am called to prison ministry, I need to faithfully minister to those in prison.
Faith working in love. In that way, the light of Christ will shine brightly through us and many more may come to be followers of Christ.
Your sister in Christ,
Maria
