I agree salvation is a process, but there is a point when one ceases to be unregenerate and becomes regenerate: that point is baptism. I’m reading it straight out of the CCC right now. Baptists do not believe this. That is my point. Baptists do not believe Baptism confers any forgiveness of sins or the indwelling of the Spirit. That makes it invalid according to Catholic doctrine.
