Actually I don’t believe rape is to humiliate its more because the guys horny. And a straight guy will not rape a guy because he is straight and thus not attracted to guys. If for example a gay guy raped a woman then I would have to agree with you 100%

Rape has nothing to do with attraction and all to do with power.

Myth Vs. Reality
Let’s take a look at some mistaken beliefs about male sexual assault and uncover the realities behind the myths…

Myth: Men can’t be sexually assaulted. Reality: Men are sexually assaulted. Any man can be sexually assaulted regardless of size, strength, appearance or sexual orientation.

Myth: Only gay men are sexually assaulted. Reality: Heterosexual, gay and bisexual men are equally likely to be sexually assaulted. Being sexually assaulted has nothing to do with your current or future sexual orientation. Your sexuality has no more to do with being raped than being robbed.

Myth: Only gay men sexually assault other men. Reality: Most men who sexually assault other men identify themselves as heterosexual. This fact helps to highlight another reality – that sexual assault is about violence, anger, and control over another person, not lust or sexual attraction.

Myth: Men cannot be sexually assaulted by women. Reality: Although the majority of perpetrators are male, men can also be sexually assaulted by women.

Myth: Erection or ejaculation during a sexual assault means you “really wanted it” or consented to it. Reality: Erection and ejaculation are physiological responses that may result from mere physical contact or even extreme stress. These responses do not imply that you wanted or enjoyed the assault and do not indicate anything about your sexual orientation. Some rapists are aware how erection and ejaculation can confuse a victim of sexual assault – this motivates them to manipulate their victims to the point of erection or ejaculation to increase their feelings of control and to discourage reporting of the crime.

Theres no proof that these are “the truths of god” and if the bible should be said without anyone against the words then what about all of the passages in the bible that are anti-woman or pro-slavery?

The bible is not anti-woman nor is it pro-slavery.

The things in the bible about slavery were written in a time when slavery was teh norm in all civilizations. It was the beginnig of laws giving slaves rights. The bible hardly touches on the subject. The jewish laws about savlery are huge… basically they were made to end slavery.

See I could easily say that with things that you just said, you are preaching hate against christians and jews because you are spreading horrible untruths about our religion. These unturths have led to violence against Catholics and Christians.

You are absolutely wrong that rape is because a guy is horny. A huge percentage, if not most, rapist are MARRIED. They have a sex partner.

You need to do some research into rape.

Extensive research has been done on just this topic. Men who rape women hate women with a passion. They are angry and as many women as possible are going to pay for it.

This is an interesting question. I wish I was less ignorant in a topic like that to answer that question. All i know is for speaking against whites and blacks it should be the same and the punishment should vary depending on the degree of the hate.

What about hate speech against straights? I’ve hear a lot of that over the years. As a matter of fact when I was in the Army some lesbians tried to drowned a straight woman because she would not engage in sex with them. I was threatened too.

I also know straight men who were assaulted, beaten and raped by gay men. One was a guy I dated in college. He finally left college because it devastated him.

So do you think that gay on straight hate should be punished too?

Sorry for late response. Hate against straights should be exactly the same as hate against gays. If I were to bash someone for being straight then I should be punished.
