What is the mark of the beast?

Like you said, it’s impossible to say. My personal opinion is that it will be an even more virulently totalitarian secularism than we’re seeing today.

I completely agree. I wonder what Protestants have to do with the grand scheme of the last days. The Catholic Church is the bride of Christ, so I wonder where they fit in.

I agree, but I do not think its going to happen suddenly, we are going to be eased into it, done over a long period of time, ensuring most people accept it. I also think it will be ‘disguised’ as something else, probably masqueraded as some kind of national security measure that will keep everyone safe.

Sounds very uncatholic to me. Suddenly there will be a new unforgivable sin after thousands of years? Even if people get this so called mark under coersion? St Peter denied Christ and he is a saint…

Where do you guys get all this info? If it’s not in the Catechism or other official church docs, you should probably just ignore it.
