These are all important cities, but is their one in particular that we should revere more?
The Catholic Church really doesn’t have “sacred cities”. We do have popular pilgrimage sites, however, and you’d have to add places like Fatima and Assisi and Lourdes to the list in addition to the ones you have listed.

John 4:21-24 “Woman, believe me, the hour is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father. You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews. But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for such the Father seeks to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”

Whichever city in the world has the most souls in spiritual poverty is the city that is most sacred to God.

Rather than debate the question, I think it easy to read too much into a simple survey, I will go with Rome, at least at this time, based on Jesus describing that her house is left desolate.

“Rome” in brackets can be anywhere on earth, wherever the Pope is.
You obviously don’t understand what Rome in brackets means. Regardless, the Vatican is not a holy place because Christ did not live live there ever. Yes the Vatican is an important place but it doesn’t compare with Jerusalem.
These are brackets: [Rome]

These are quotation marks: “Rome”

We don’t revere cities. We revere Christ. These cities will in time pass away. Having said that, I have to admit that I would love to take pilgrimages all these cities.
