What is the Traditional Catholic opinion on the Eastern Catholics?

My understanding is that the rosary is said at various times in Eastern Churches, just as it is in Latin Rite Churches, sometimes before the first mass-liturgy, sometimes after the last one, sometimes in between. Since it can be said in 15 minutes, I’d say those who are against it being said any time, really have some issues with the Latin Church. As for the Stations of the Cross, several Eastern Churches have them in iconic form. St Nicholas Cathedral in Chicago is a good example.
What's so ironic here is that you won't be having any confrontations with people like me over these issues because I'm Latin Rite. Instead you'll be fighting with your own people, many of whom love these same traditions and wish to retain them.

The Way of the Cross is certainly of Latin origin, but it does have certain Oriental aspects to it. It’s well accepted among the Chaldeans and Maronites precisely because it fits well with the culture and ethnic traditions. As long as it does not replace the authentic liturgical tradition, I have no problem with it. Even for those of the Byzantine tradition, I don’t see any harm in doing it, provided it supplements (rather than supplants) the traditional forms.
I agree, as long as it does not replace any Byzantine tradition. I can agree with that fully on anything but the case is that they almost always replace the Byzantine tradition and in those cases they have no place.
The Rosary is another. Provided it is not publicly done in place of Orthos (actually I think that’s the equivalent of Lauds), again as a supplementary devotion I see no harm. Here, though, I will grant that it is properly a private, non-liturgical, devotion, and should remain so, both East and West.
I am pretty sure that Orthos is the Matins but that is besides the point. As for the Rosary, when it is done it is always done before the Divine Liturgy which is not the place for it. If the people want a prayer service before the Liturgy then it should be Orthos.

I agree with you 100% on the Rosary being a private devotion and I have no problem with any persons choice on what their private devotions are, East or West.

We’re both right. Orthos is called “matins” in translation but it is not the equivalent of Matins in the Western usage. In the Byzantine usage, Orthos is at dawn, which is the canonical time for Lauds. Matins in the Latin Rite actually corresponds to the Byzantine “Mesonyktikon” since it is done in the pre-dawn hours (i.e. after midnight).
