have you asked God why you feel so scared? I have coped with panic attacks before too and there’s a deep seeded issue underlying them but we have to ask God what it is in order for it to be figured out. I have a mantra that I say over and over in my head to comfort me, perhaps a Bible verse, something that brings you into reality. Fear is irrational, you have nothing to be afraid of, as you said. God is with you, holding you, comforting you, allow Him to comfort you. Cling to our Lord and our Lady. They love you dearly. Personally, I physically cling to my rosary and perhaps in the moment it may not help but as the moment passes you’re strengthened. Conquer this friend! As others said, seek out help from a therapist (most preferably a Catholic therapist), they can help you tremendously. Talking about your fears and anxieties is helpful because they don’t seem as scary as soon as you’ve unearthed them and then you can work towards conquering them and transforming them in God’s truth with God’s grace.
ps. St. Michael always helps =)
God bless you, Mary keep you.
