What is your fav. Saint? I got 2 strong ones

My two favorites (I have a book of saint biographies. I read one every day. So I have a new “favorite” every day.) are St. Michael (I want him on my side, as my protector from all the evil and mediocrity in the world. When I was a young Marine, I hung his medal from the same chain as my dog tags (always around my neck), and I feel he kept me out of a lot of trouble.) and St. Christopher. I love St. Christopher because he continued in service as his burden got heavier, never stopping until the job was complete. I imagine myself having his purity and strength, and being chosen to carry Jesus. (still working on that!). For my confirmation name, I hyphenated their two names into one: “Michael-Christopher”.

Lately, I’ve been watching Mary of Nazareth in Espanol and I’m really beginning to like both Mary and Joseph. This movie is great in Spanish but I can’t wait till I see the English version on it. Youtube has the Spanish version only.
The person playing Mary does a great job and the storyline line is fantastic. Joseph, does a great job as Jesus’ father and Mary’s husband.
I noticed that are two versions of Mary of Nazareth. The one with Mary in dimples is the nice one to watch. 🙂
