The only sport I really do is running if that counts.
And I’ve doing less of that lately ;;.
Keep running. Sometimes it is hard to find time but - well - everything can wait if healthiness and fitness require some hour.

I am not sure. Maybe Tokyo?
That’s the upcoming Olympics. I get to go with my Uni and I’m very excited. 🙂
But now I see that differently - I had not discovered then that the sport dances were about artistic expression, about story, about joy of physical capabilities and not just robotic movements that should be repeated according to some script.
I have a friend who is a dancer and he’s possibly the most athletic person I know. They put their bodies through a lot, it’s kind of impressive actually.

Yeah I’m just being lazy at this point lol. I’ll plan on running tomorrow since my day is pretty open.

I like baseball. My home team is the Indians. Sometimes I will watch the Orioles aka the O’s.

I watch a little football. My home team is the Browns. Sometimes I will watch the Eagles.

That’s about it.

Yes, there are lot of problems with running. Climate is one (snow, freezing, rains for me, I can have strong winters). The extra weight and pressure on knees is the other problem. I have bad experience. That is why I prefer cycling in gym, I can regulate the load, see the calories and dinstances and so on. I cycled some 25 km with 200-350 W load (no less than 200W and with some planned bursts to 350W) in each gym session before covid19. Now I am back to gym and current norm is 15 km per session, but I am increasing to my previous levels gradually. It burns lot of calories.

They do. Everyone in America knows that.:cowboy_hat_face::cowboy_hat_face::cowboy_hat_face:

Yeah, unfortunately my husband was “Stillers Nation”. And my sister-in-law is a Cubs fan, for absolutely no good reason as she is from Western Pennsylvania! 🤨

Fortunately, my husband also liked the Pens for hockey, so we could be harmonious on that at least, since my hometown does not have major league hockey. I wore a Pens jersey to his wake.

I do enjoy a little minor league hockey. I forgot about that. I was there in person to see the Lake Erie Monsters win the Calder Cup over the Hershey Bears, which was actually the first championship in Cleveland for years since it occurred before the Cavs win. (The Monsters were in the Cavs parade with their trophy too.) However, I was not happy when they changed the team name to the “Cleveland Monsters” as that ruined the Lake Erie “Nessie” original concept, so I switched over to being a Hershey Bears supporter. Last Bears game I saw, the guy next to me caught a puck. I’m glad he was there to catch it or I might have been having dental work the next day.
