I like soccer. I am still a fan of the Seattle Sounders, but I am incredibly frustrated with the stuff MLS is pulling. With regards to Premier league, I am a Liverpool fan. I am from the midwest US originally, so I when I was growing up, I was a Chicago Bulls fan (NBA). I’m a fair weather baseball fan. My mom likes the Cubs. Never been a fan of American football, but my family likes the Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers, mostly bears. With Baseball, I like my local baseball team, but, if I had to pick an MLB team, probably Chicago White Sox. I was actually taught Tennis, but I am terrible at it, I watch it sometimes, especially when I want to figure out when I am doing wrong. Thanks for asking.

Funny, because I hate Man U 😝
I actually have a friend that used to live in England (he is American) and we get in that debate all the time.
Go Chicago Fire
I would love for them to do well. I was in Chicago a couple of years ago, and I was thinking the Bears would be the most popular sports team. Nope, their NHL team, the Chicago Blackhawks apparently. I was very happy to see a kid wearing a Chicago Fire shirt at a Wal-Mart in the suburbs, though.

My favorite sport is Ultimate. It’s how I met my wife and we played for years. The sport has gone pro now. A woman we played with is now the coach of New York Gridlock.

The only other sport I like is women’s soccer and the WNT. We’ve been to two Worrld Cups and have seen a few friendly’s.

Does anybody think about Tom Brady?
He’s really really rich.

And he does seem to be a good quarterback. I’m wondering how he’s going to do now that he’s 40 and on another team with another coach.

I’m not really a sports fan. I do like bowling, but that’s not considered a legitimate sport. Used to watch it on TV when they had tournaments.

I like Tom Brady as a Catholic.
But I hate his guts as a Football fan.
#Bears and Buffaloes Fan

I always loved watching Brett Favre when he was at the top. He always seemed to just LOVE the game and have such a good time.

Tom Brady often seems like he’s in a “zone”, like a “cone of protection.” He doesn’t smile often during the game, and seems to play like he’s a programmed robot. I realize that’s what makes him so very good at his game, but…I guess I’d rather watch someone who seems to still remember being a little boy playing with his dad, or a teenager throwing the Conference-winning touchdown while the entire school was in the bleachers, on their feet, screaming out his name!

After she was born, our younger daughter and I came home from the hospital on the Sunday that the Bears won the Superbowl back in 1986. (Sadly, she’s a Packers fan!).

And my older daughter was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, on the day after Jim Valvano and his NC State Wolpack won the NCAA tourney! The entire city was celebrating, and cars were overturned all up and down Hillsborough Street! Such a fun day to be born during the big celebration. (Back then, anyone who left their cars out during a tourney game in Raleigh knew that they would probably find them upside down in the morning! Not sure how people in Raleigh feel about it today.)

That was a tradition on High St. in Columbus Ohio whenever the OSU beat Michigan! Usually only about 5people were ignorant of the tradition and parked there during the game…and parking spaces were next to impossible to find anywhere near the stadium…but, gee, look honey, here’s a sweet spot right near the game! 😂😂😂

College basketball. My favorite team is whoever is playing the University of Kansas on any given night.
