100%Seems like I read somewhere - maybe one of Scott Hahnās books? - what the actual percentage was. Prior to converting, the author (whoever it was) was convinced that Catholicism is not a Bible-based religion. When he did his research, he was shocked that most of the Mass was straight from the Bible - way more than any non-Catholic service he had ever been to.
I want to tell that to my CCD class, but canāt remember the exact percentage, or which apologetic book I read it in. I suppose I donāt have to have exact numbers, but Iād love to find that research again so I can re-read it. Does that book ring a bell with anyone?

I looked in my own protie Bible, and sure enough, I had much of John underlined or highlighted, but during twenty years, had sort of missed that part where Jesusā followers turned away from him because they thought he was preaching cannibalism.
