What Really Saved the Republic From Trump?

To go against the Supreme Court’s justice when he “attempts” to perform the ceremony of swearing in the new president seems farfetched. I don’t doubt that some might try to do it, but they would not stand a chance. And, besides, to swear in Trump would require his actual, physical presence and that does not seem possible. He is too much of a narcissistic person to be there. 😉
He’s a great pro-life president. I’m not sure what newbies expect.

I don’t understand how people can believe a sitting president who has obeyed the law all along would suddenly disregard it.

While at the same time believing people that have broken the law will uphold it.

He is NOT a pro-democracy / pro-republic “president”.

You mean someone, who never respected the law all his life… 😦 Someone who proudly committed tax fraud, insurance fraud and other shady practices, and called them “smart” business decisions?

He’s not pro-life either.

He SUPPORTS abortion in cases of rape and incest. That is murder.

He also SUPPORTS the death penalty - and aggressively as well. Also murder.

Comparing Trump and Biden on the abortion issue. Trump–a few exceptions. Biden–abortion any time for any reason up till birth. Has there been any U.S. president with a pro-life record comparable to Trump?

I am ONLY interested in the affairs of the Republic. Nothing else.

Now, the question is, who will save the republic from Biden/Harris Antifa/BLM? Who will save the cities? Who wll protect freedom of seech and religious liberty?

The number one priority for Biden/Harris is the fight against the epidemic. Nothing can be as important as that. It is literally a question of life and death. No “golfing” is scheduled at all. As for the Antifa / BLM nonsense, I am not interested. The freedom of speech, and religion are not threatened.

The Proud Boys are not the only militia group in the US who would be willing to use force of arms to obstruct the inauguration of Biden and Harris. If these groups get together, then military intervention might be necessary.

The same red-baiting was used against President Obama. Its nonsense, and detracts from the credibility of its poster.

No I mean a sitting president that has obeyed the law throughout his term.
Not quite. His assassination of Qassem Soleimani was contrary to international law. The USA is not at war with Iran, and the General was not be proven to have posed any current or immediate threat to the USA’ forces. It appears to be a pre-meditated murder.

Fortunately for the US, Trump is what saved us from Trump. Given who his support is, had he been even slightly competent he could have been the first lifetime president in US history. Thankfully he managed to mess up everything in his presidency so he’s going to go down as a shameful chapter instead.

was contrary to international law.
As a US citizen, I am not concerned so much with international law as I am the laws of this nation and the state I live in.
Since we are, in fact, addressing violation of US laws, I doubt an international law is applicable.

I dom’t recall President Obama encouraging destruction and violence in cities as mostly peaceful.
