What time was your Vigil Mass?

8:00 p.m. GMT -4 was the start time in my parish. I don’t know how long it lasted because I did not attend, but there were 17 new Catholics who entered the Church (7 baptised and 10 confirmed), so it was probably quite long. I went to Mass at 10 a.m. on Easter Sunday morning.

Maybe I should start a separate thread about this, but I am curious about when the lights go back on during the vigil at your parish. As I recall, we use to have the lights off and used the candles until the Gloria when the lights would come up. However, the last few years, we’ve kept our candles lit until the baptisms/confirmations were complete and the offetory began.
At our Vigil, the church came on when the singing of the Gloria began.
