Dark Shadows
My husband bought me the complete video set a few years ago for my birthday, and it’s great.
But I would love to see the show start up again from where the Collins family is right now, in 2015. At least a few of the family members must have survived the werewolves, vampires, and witches, and those that didn’t survive–well, they can be around as ghosts and other supernatural creatures.
Such a great story–it lives on in fan-fic, but what I wouldn’t give to see the TV show start up.
Oh yes, withOUT Johnny Depp. He sure had fun with his movie, and definitely paid tribute to the show he loved as a child, but I fear the Depp/Burton film did more harm than good for promoting Dark Shadows to new generations.
What’s My Line was great, and also To Tell the Truth.
I forgot about To Tell the Truth. Was Bill Cullen the host? What’s My Line was great, and also To Tell the Truth.
I checked on that. It seems that Bill Cullen was the second host from 1969 to 1978, replacing Bud Collyer, who died, and was the first host from 1956 to 1968.I forgot about To Tell the Truth. Was Bill Cullen the host?
