As a child, I loved The Blues Brothers and Back to the Future. The Penguin (Sister Mary Stigmata) was one of my favorite movie characters. My favorite part of the Blues Brothers was when she used her ruler on the boys for swearing. šŸ˜ƒ I also liked the church scene when Jake got his vision from God. I liked Batman, Home Alone, and The Wizard of Oz too.

Since 5th grade, I have loved Star Wars. What else? Austin Powers, Gandhi (biography), Finding Neverland, Batman Begins, Lord of the Rings, and Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb.

The old man and the sea starring Spencer Tracy and a big fish, i also loved any movie with James Cagney in it. The black and white movies i still love watching. šŸ™‚

A 4-way tie among:
  • The Planet of the Apes
  • Beneath the Planet of the Apes
  • Escape from the Planet of the Apes
  • Conquest of the Planet of the Apes
(Battle for the Planet of the Apes, however, just stunk on ice šŸ˜› )

I havenā€™t seen this one posted ā€¦ ā€œOld Yellarā€

The Jungle Book. šŸ‘

ā€¦still is one of my favoritesā€¦but my kids are getting sick of it šŸ˜ƒ

E.T. and Ghostbusters 2ā€¦also The Burbs and Honey I shrunk the Kids

Dxu
I was actually nicknamed E.T. as a baby because of my big head and wrinkly face. It was the #1 movie at the box office when I was born in 1982. šŸ˜ƒ

Most all of the Disney movies from the 90ā€™s,
The Wizard of Oz,
The Sound of Music,
The Ten Commandments,
The Prince of Egypt,
Home Alone 1 & 2,
E.T.,
Planes, Trains, & Automobiles,
Uncle Buckā€¦etc.
Titanic had to be my all time favorite b/c I saw it 11 times in the theaterā€¦:o

I used to watch ā€œLittle Shop of Horrorsā€ over and over and over again as a kid. Which made acting in it years later really great! Especially when I learned how much better the stage version is.

I like the part where the plant hits the guyā€¦down thereā€¦while singing.

Loved Jaws, although I am still freaked out when swimming in the oceanā€¦

Lady and the Tramp

It is the reason I have bought scottish terriers ever since I could afford to buy purebred dogsā€¦Jock, the Scotty in Lady and the Trampā€¦

My favorite as a child was probably The Neverending Story. OR Labyrinth.

I loved movies as a kid, I was always watchin em so I had a lot of faves.

Star Wars, esp Return of the Jedi when I was a kid. Now Empire is my fave.
Terminator 1 and 2
Aliens
Indiana Jones Trilogy
The Last Unicorn
Sixteen Candles
Weird Science
Ferris Beullerā€™s Day Off
The Breakfast Club
Back to the Future, all three
Dirty Dancing
Cry Baby
Legend
The He Man and She Ra Movies hehe
The Philadelphia Story

LOTS of movies lol

When I was a teen Iā€™d say my faves were A Clockwork Orange, and Interview with the Vampire.

A Clockwork Orange is still my favorite movie. I got into classics alot when I was teenagerā€¦so I really got to love The Godfather 1 and 2, Arsenic and Old Lace, Gone with the Wind, Apocalypse Now, Singing in the Rainā€¦bunches of old classics.

The Sound of Music
Escape to Witch Mountain
Three Nuts for Cinderella (from the CBS Childrenā€™s Film Festival- does anyone else remember Kukla, Fran and Ollie?)

UHF with Weird Al Yankovik and ā€œKraymer.ā€

I guess just because it was funny. I had a period of time in either jr. high or high school when I watched it almost everyday for a month or so!!

Not my favorite movie now. Iā€™m not sure I have a favorite nowā€¦ Perhaps ā€œThe Last Samuraiā€ with Tom Cruise. I can relate to that character a lotā€¦ except for the Revolutionary War Hero turned Samurai part.
