Meatless omelettes. (maybe shrimp tempura, we’ll see…heading to the store shortly):o
you make your own tempura- that’s pretty impressive!

I love Japanese food but I find it is difficult to make. We don’t have access to seafood of good enough quality for sushi. I make a Japanese marinated salad sometimes which is nice.

For our Easter dinner, we did an oven-roasted pork tenderloin with orange-lavender sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes, steamed asparagus, green beans with bacon and crusty bread. 😃 Very very yummy! Thanks be to God for his blessings of good food.

Probably nothing tonight - I’m not feeling very well today. 😦 I think I’m coming down with something.

Ugh.

We’re having homemade pizza. I’m craving that pepperoni, onion-y, bell pepper-y, mushroom-y, olive-y liciousness.

We may have a frozen Pizza. 😊 Mondays and Wednesdays are treadmill nights for me so by the time I get off work and do that, its already getting late. I usually eat a salad with mine. :o

Tonight is country fried steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy and some sort of mixed veggie.

Lamb, wow, that is still in my head. I wouldn’t know the first thing about how to cook lamb. Hubby would (he’s a chef). I tried for the first time to make sweet potato fries and I was not happy how they turned out.

Honestly, look at that video, it is the easiest thing I’ve ever made!! I’ve never made lamb before and it was PERFECT!! Try it, you could really impress your hubby!! 😉

Wow that really does look easy. The next step is to find a place that would even carry lamb.

Tonight?

Leftover ham, leftover cheesy-potatoes, spinach salad with hard boiled Easter eggs sliced on top & honey mustard dressing, and bread.

I’m on my own for dinner tonight - I have some salad that needs to be eaten, maybe I’ll make a couple of boiled eggs to go with it. Mmmm!!!

Parish dinner tonight - Mexican Fiesta, complete with pinata for the kids. Which means probably tacos, kids running rampant, and Tums.👍

Pork chops, baked sweet potatoes & brussels sprouts cooked with bacon, garlic & onion.

Betsy

Lasagne
Garden Salad
and Garlic bread, made with fresh roasted garlic and lots of butter. 🙂

I have everything chopped, sliced, and diced for a chicken and rice pilaf… and for dessert I have some chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting sitting on top of the fridge.

mmmmm shrimp scampi! Love it.
I have some blood running through my garlic stream now! 😛

heheh

Chicken tikka masala over Basmati rice with a side of lamb curry and fresh naan.
That sounds AWESOME!!! I do miss the curry house in England we go to when we are there, they have amazing food!!

I’m glad this thread title appeared on CAF to remind me about dinner. :doh2: I forgot that I’d planned to make a crock pot dinner with pork roast tonight–it takes several hours. I still have time to put it together. Thanks!
