Lion Heart. You stated:
My knowledge in our dialogue about what it like to be born again and Baptism really increased.
Thanks for the kind comments. Good discussion.

You may also enjoy Steve (Stephen) Ray on this subject here and here.

This Tim Staples audio is also very enjoyable (at least it was for me).

Dr. Scott Hahn talks about catechumens here and I found this quite good too.

The so often misunderstood term, “mystagogy” that Dr. Hahn discusses basically just means that being involved with the Liturgy (Mass) itself (in addition to doing other things), in a sense, catechizes you. Even in the act of attending Mass, the catechumens (and in a sense we all) soak up the Catholic faith by a proverbial “osmosis”. Mystagogy.

God bless.

Im not Catholic yet, still have couple questions.

John 3:3
“… unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God”

Matthew 18:2-4
2 He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. 3 And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Is it wrong to equate being “born again” to become (in a sense) like a little child?
Is that not what Jesus meant when he talked about “born again”? - the beginning of something new. That new beginning can be at any age.
How many people baptized as babies get lost and find themselves on the broad road - get entangled by sin - and then need to be born again?
An (Holy Spirit-led) process/experience of regaining that state of pure intentions/obedience you had as a small child?
