I don’t have any thoughts on the matter.
I have a hard time believing that considering what you listed as your interests in your profile. I’ll try to convey, based on what you listed as interests in your profile (perhaps you are trying to formulate your thoughts on the matter).
Biblical Scholarship
The older I get the more excited I get about how deep the layers of our Catholic faith is and how intertwined the Holy Mass is with Biblical Christianity. The parallels between the Old Testament and the New and how it all ties in with Catholicism is simply awe-inspiring.
Theology
My relationship with Jesus Christ is complete because of what we have in the Catholic Church. There is no theology more complete and more intricate than what I have witnessed first hand in its teachings. Catholic theology has a way of allowing the member to experience God in a way that moves beyond the senses to something more intimate than anything any other faith, Christian or otherwise can offer.
Philosophy
All one needs to do is read the many great Catholic documents about the faith over a 2000 year span to get an inkling about how fascinating and deep the discussions have been. Even more, these discussions continue today and will continue until the end of time. I myself love penetrating the many great philosophical questions that consistently come up within the Church.
History
A great love of mine is the history of our Church. I am continually amazed how every time a challenge has been made against the Catholic Church, it has always prevailed time and time again. I have yet to find a hole in the Catholic Church’s armour no matter how pathetic the sinner has been in Church History. That is the most enduring fact for me anyway.
Music
The music the Catholic Church puts forth is unmatched. I will admit there are a few Protestant hymns I don’t mind. But the music offered through the Church really hits a chord in my heart. What I like in particular about Catholic Church music is that the music itself isn’t the focus of the celebration, Jesus Christ, really present in the Holy Eucharist, is.
