I know that the truth is the same no matter where I go. I don’t have to know if I’m high,
middle, or low church. If I’m on vacation and go to church, again, I can go to any catholic
church and be at home. If I move to different state, it’s the same.
I also feel like I am in a church, God’s house, which exumes holiness. The holy windows,
pictures, crucifix, altar, robes, tabernacle. Just being there I feel in the presence of God. And realizing that st francis, st theresa, st thomas, and all the other greats, were exactly in the same kind of catholic church that I am in and they were doing the same things.
They received the Blessed Body and Blood and worshipped at the same Mass that I have the previlege to be invited to.
And I particularly appreciate being called together with all others in every part of the world, all kinds of people in every nation, of every description, to share a oneness with them because we are tied together in one holy body the church of Jesus. I know they are
praying for me as I pray for them, each sending help to one another, the handicaped, the poor, orphans, sick and dying. All caring and helping as Jesus was.
And I feel reasurred to listen and follow the church being the same teachings that the original apostles gave who were appointed and chosen by Jesus. Knowing that no man appoints himself as teacher, but that they were laid hands on by the successors of the
apostles, and received their appointments from the apostolic line.
And then knowing that I may talk to my Father, his Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, anytime I desire who live within our soul by their desire.
