Beautiful.

Does hydrangea color depend on or is affected by the ph level of the soil?

Are there such things as fragrant hydrangeas?

Larkspurs in the garden at the moment. The blue are from the elderly lady we bought the house from 17 years ago ,still self seeding.

Canterbury bells, foxglove, feverfew and a wed wed wose.

Thank you 🙂 Affirmative, a part of it, it’s not a big garden.

That’s a shame, but it’s not forever?
I couldn’t live without a garden but I hesitate to say that, since you never know what will happen next!

It’s just nice to have some green space of your own I think, regardless of plants but growing things is a very pleasant distraction from other things sometimes.

I can do a container garden in my balcony. However this summer, I couldn’t be bothered.

I love Cantubury bells and fox gloves but I never seem to plant them on time 🙂 Growing seedlings of any kind is a challenge with the bindweed .
We have a day of 31C and gusts of wind possibly up to 44km today .My dad was telling me yesterday when his parents first moved to the farm the only tree was a little Lucerne tree and first attempts at growing a garden ,seedlings were blown away.
I’m using a lot of shade cloth for wind breaks, and also Jeruselem artichoke…it kind of looks like a maze 😸
